OSG wants to cancel Bender contracts

MOBILE, Ala. - Overseas Shipbuilding Group wants to cancel millions of dollars in contracts with Bender Shipbuilding & Repair. Bender said Wednesday it's weeks away from resolving the dispute. A Bender executive said the problem stems from repeated delays in delivering six tug-barge combinations and two tugs.
