GULFPORT, Miss. -- About 33 Indian guest workers filed a lawsuit against Mobile, Ala.-based Signal International claiming they were tricked out of money and forced to work in barbaric conditions at the Pascagoula facility. The suit, filed in U.S. District Court in Gulfport, requests a jury trial. Two other suits against Signal were filed in Texas on behalf of 17 and 33 workers, respectively.
