Miss. River mod contract: $9.9M

Pine Bluff Sand and Gravel Co. of White Hall, Ark., was awarded a $9,925,269 modification (P00009) to a contract (W912EQ-16-C-0008) for the rental of the dustpan hydraulic pipeline dredge for up to six months to perform maintenance dredging within the Mississippi River and tributaries to authorized channel dimensions. Work will be performed in New Orleans with an estimated completion date of Dec. 23, 2019. FY 2019 Mississippi River and tributaries civil funds in the amount of $9,925,269 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Memphis, Tenn., is the contracting activity.
