MOBILE, Ala. – Shipbuilder Austal USA will get $2.5 million from the Mobile County Commission and another $2.5 million from the Mobile City Council as incentive to help the company expand at its Mobile River yard. The money will be used to pay for construction of a 30,000 square-foot office building to house Navy personnel.
