Sub commissioned

PASCAGOULA, Miss. -- The $2 billion USS Mississippi nuclear submarine was set into active duty Saturday at 11:28 a.m. by Navy Secretary Ray Mabus at the Port of Pascagoula in a public event that drew spectators and dignitaries.
