Clark Construction Enterprises of St. Martinville, La., has
been awarded a $15,569,358 firm-fixed-price contract for New Orleans to Venice non-federal
levee hurricane protection system at the Magnolia Pump Station in Plaquemines
Parish. Bids were solicited via the Internet with three received. Work will be
performed in West Pointe à la Hache, La., with an estimated completion date of
Aug. 13, 2020. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers of New Orleans is the contracting
