GoM-Campeche exploration

Petronas Overseas Ventures signed an agreement to license some 50,000 square miles of the WesternGeco Campeche deep water seismic survey in the southern Gulf of Mexico. This “will help unravel the hydrocarbon potential in the complex and under explored Mexican deep water basins,” said Emeliana Rice-Oxley, VP of exploration at Petronas. The WesternGeco Campeche deep water multi-client seismic survey is available for oil and gas companies participating in exploration in Mexico.
