Former vice chair of the Louisiana Public Service Commission, Scott A. Angelle, has been named to head the U.S. Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE). Angelle, who will serve as the fourth director in BSEE’s history, is a native of Breaux Bridge, La., and a cum laude graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Land Management.
