Weeks Marine $151M harbor pact

Weeks Marine Inc. of Covington, La., was awarded a $151,305,750 firm-fixed-price contract for Savannah (Ga.) Harbor expansion project, maintenance and dredging. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work will be performed in Savannah with an estimated completion date of Feb. 1, 2022. FY 2020 civil construction, operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $151,305,750 were obligated at the time of the award.
