Austal USA gets new chief

MOBILE, Ala. -- Craig Perciavalle has been promoted to president of Austal USA, effective Dec. 17. Austal USA Interim President and Chief Financial Officer Brian Leathers was promoted to senior vice president and CFO, also effective Monday.
