VT Halter, Scana Volda team

PASCAGOULA, Miss. -- VT Halter Marine Inc. has partnered with Norwegian company Scana Volda AS for delivery of the propulsion systems and controls for two offshore supply vessels for Hornbeck Offshore Services Inc.
