$45M flood control construction

Affolter Contracting Co of La Marque, Texas (W912EE-18-D-0003); B&K Construction Co. of Mandeville, La. (W912EE-18-D-0004); Circle LLC of Belle Chasse, La. (W912EE-18-D-0005); and Phylway Construction of Thibodaux, La. (W912EE-18-D-0006), will compete for each order of a $45,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for flood control construction along the Mississippi River and its tributaries. Bids were solicited via the Internet with 10 received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 1, 2021.
