Bollinger delivers 30th FRC

LOCKPORT, La. - Bollinger Shipyards of Lockport, La., has delivered the 154-foot USCGC Robert Ward, the 30th Fast Response Cutter (FRC), to the U.S. Coast Guard. The CG took delivery Aug. 21 at Key West, Fla. The FRC program is a model program for government acquisition and has surpassed all historical quality benchmarks for vessels of this type and complexity, according to Ben Bordelon, Bollinger President/CEO.
