Gulf oil spill exercise

NEW ORLEANS – The Coast Guard and partner agencies completed a full-scale oil spill response exercise March 9 in Houma, La., and The Woodlands, Texas. The exercise was conducted to improve the effectiveness of the Southeast Louisiana Area Contingency Plan, the Anadarko Petroleum Corp. Oil Spill Response Plan, and the MEXUSGULF Regional Annex.
