Missing teen boater recovered

NEW ORLEANS – Parker Morgan, the 17-year-old male who was reported missing on Mobile Bay in Alabama was located safely in the morning of July 12 by the Coast Guard. A CG Station Dauphin Island response boat and crew recovered Morgan after a Good Samaritan boater located him on Little Sand Island about 6:30 a.m. The boat crew towed the personal watercraft to a boat ramp.
