La. pipeline fire extinguished

A fire at the Phillips 66 pipeline near the Williams Discovery natural gas plant in Paradis, La., has been put out, officials said Feb. 13, days after an explosion injured five workers and left another missing and presumed dead. The missing worker was identified by the company as Josh Helms of Thibodaux. "Once the area is safe to access, the St. Charles Parish Coroner's office will begin their investigation," Phillips 66 said in an 8:30 a.m. update Feb, 13.
