William Doyle to head DCA

The Dredging Contactors of America (DCA) has selected William P. Doyle Sr. as its new Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer (ED/CEO). Doyle currently serves as a commissioner with the Federal Maritime Commission. DCA is a non-profit trade association representing the interests of the U.S. dredging and marine construction industry and its members for more than 30 years. In the role of ED/CEO, Doyle will direct DCA’s team to represent, advocate, and promote common interests of the dredging industry. Doyle is a “proven leader in the maritime industry,” said Ashley Kerns, president of the DCA Board of Directors and senior VP of Mike Hooks Inc. of Westlake, La.
