CoE Vicksburg to get new boss

The Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army announced the following officer assignments Feb. 19 to and from the Mississippi Valley Division of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (CoE) in Vicksburg, Miss. Maj. Gen. Richard G. Kaiser, current commanding general of the Mississippi Valley Division of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Vicksburg, Miss., has been assigned to duty as deputy chief of engineers/deputy commanding general of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Washington, D.C. Maj. Gen. Richard M. Toy, commanding general of the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Cincinnati, Ohio, has been assigned to the post of commanding general of the Mississippi Valley Division of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Vicksburg, Miss.
