Conrad dry-dock pact: $8M

Conrad Shipyard of Morgan City, La., is awarded an $8,386,379 firm-fixed-price contract for the towing and repair of Dry-Dock 5081. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work will be performed in Memphis,and Amelia, La., with an estimated completion date of May 27, 2020. Fiscal 2019 operation and maintenance; and civil works funds in the amount of $8,386,379 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers of Memphis is the contracting activity.
