HII-Pascagoula mod pact: $62M

Huntington Ingalls Industries of Pascagoula, Miss., is awarded a $62,000,000 cost modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-18-C-2307) to fund capital expenditure projects for shipbuilding supplier industrial base efforts in support of the Arleigh Burke (DDG 51) class destroyer program. This modification will fund supplier base efforts to address supply chain fragility that ensures future readiness for the fleet. Work will be performed in Pascagoula and is expected to be completed by April 2029. FY 2013 and FY-14 Navy shipbuilding and conversion funding in the amount of $62,000,000 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
