Webcast only for HII stockholders

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - Huntington Ingalls Industries’ (HII) April 28 annual meeting of stockholders will be changed to a live audio webcast only beginning at 10 a.m. CDT. The change was made to the public health impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, government restrictions on gatherings, and to support the health/well-being of stockholders, employees and communities. Stockholders are encouraged to access the Annual Meeting prior to the scheduled start time to allow for time to log into the webcast and test computer systems. As described in the proxy materials distributed, one is entitled to participate in the virtual meeting if a stockholder at the close of business March 4, 2020, or hold a legal proxy for the meeting provided by a bank, broker or other intermediary.
